Roguelite game where players control a man looking for his partner after awaking on a beach with no recollection of how they ended up there. They approach a mansion that has seemingly endless hallways and rooms full of armed enemies.

This game contains depictions of arcade style violence with blood and gore. The game is played in a top-down view, and greyscale colour theme, with blood being the only colour shown. Players and enemies are armed with multiple weapons such as firearms, explosives and throwable knives. Enemies bleed heavily upon the impact of successful hits, with blood spraying onto nearby surfaces.

The game also features prominent use of alcohol. When starting a run or in between levels, players can visit a bar and purchase drinks from a bartender. Each drink gives players a different buff for each run until the player dies.
