This game contains depictions of 2D arcade violence containing strong blood effects. The player takes control of a serial killer who is given a number of objectives at the beginning of each mission. While there are specific targets for the player to eliminate, they also have the ability to kill any other random civilian who is populating the map. While the player has the ability to kill multiple innocent human characters, the character models are non-detailed/pixelated and shown from a distance. The player is unable to make out details such as the characters facial expressions or their injuries. The player has the ability to use various weapons which range from melee items such as knifes, to projectiles such as grenades and molotov cocktails. The reactions to the violence are often overexaggerated with cartoony effects appearing. When using melee weapons, such as the knife, blood appears on impact of attacks and the victim’s body falls limply to the floor. The bodies of murdered victims then remain on the floor until the end of the mission. This game also contains infrequent use of sexual expletives. The word “fuck” and its derivatives can be found throughout.
