This game features graphic violence towards both animal and human characters. Throughout the game the player uses an arsenal of weapons which result in large amounts of blood and gore when characters are hit. Impacts can result in decapitation, dismemberment, or disembowelment, while bodies can be mutilated further after death.

The game also features the killing and serious injury of multiple innocents. One notable sequence requires the player to kill a large number of civilians outside a supermarket.

There is use of strong language (‘fuck’ and ‘motherfucker’).
