This game contains frequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards humans. Blood appears when characters are impacted and splatters onto the nearby environment. Characters let out grunts of pain and stagger backwards when attacked. When they have been defeated, their bodies limply fall to the floor and remain there, without visible injuries. The strongest examples of violence are found in the game’s cut scenes. A battle sequence early in the game shows multiple humans being knocked to the floor, stabbed and slashed at.

The game also contains infrequent depictions of erotic nudity. The most notable scene involves a man and a woman bathing together in a bath house. Both are naked, although genitals and female nipples are obscured from view. The scene progresses to the man and woman lying down whilst touching and kissing each other. The screen then fades to black. Sexual intercourse is implied to have occurred but is not depicted.
