Rating issues

This first person perspective game requires the player character (PC) to take on the persona of John Rambo engaging in combat against a variety of enemies. The effect of assorted weapons results in huge bloody sprays of blood and dismemberment of various limbs. Stealth kills using a compound bow and Rambo knife also results in bloody effects.

Other issues

There is some use of the expletives ‘motherfucker’, ‘fucking’ and ‘fuck’ throughout the game and milder language too.
