This game contains moderate violence towards human and fantasy characters. Combat in the game is frenetic, with non-realistic reactions from enemies. Flashes of light are seen on impact, along with number damage that appears above the characters heads. When killed or defeated, enemies fall to the ground, and after a few seconds, their bodies disappear completely, leaving behind a small puddle of blood (this blood remains on the ground throughout the rest of the level). At times, creatures are heard grunting as they drop to the ground.

Cut scenes are depicted in a comic book, still-image style, and often, these will have scenes with disturbing images, such as a man attacking a character with large amounts of blood present. There are also boss characters in this game whose appearance may be scary to younger players, with large sharp fangs, and intimidating features.

This game contains the use of bad language, including ‘shit’, ‘asshole’, ‘goddamn’, ‘wanker’, ‘piss’ and ‘nonce’.
