Rating issues
While accidents and disasters are referred to, they are not depicted. The emphasis is on helping and rescuing the victims of such incidents. Accident victims only show small scratches and there are never any visible wounds. If a victim is not saved in time, a helicopter arrives and takes them away.
The rescuers can be harmed if they walk into various hazards, such as fire, water, gas or electric eels. The characters are cartoony in nature and react only mildly to the hazards by fainting or disappearing in a puff of smoke. Player characters always respawn.
Other issues
There are some depictions of characters receiving resuscitation. However, the game has a light-hearted atmosphere and also has an educational aspect, which makes the subject matter less disturbing.
There is some use of very mild bad language, such as ‘damn’, ‘crap’ and ‘Jesus’, as well as disguised bad language, such as ‘@#%!’, which pops up if the victim of an accident is accidentally dropped.
