This game contains frequent depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. The player must kill numerous humanoid zombie characters through the course of the game. The attacks are mainly dealt through gunfire. However, the player is also able to dispose of enemies with weapons such as knifes and flamethrowers. All attacks leave visible injuries with strong blood and gore effects visible. The player is also able to dismember and decapitate nearly all enemies present in the game, after dismembering a body part, strong blood will flow from the wounds and organs and bones can become visible. This game also contains use of sexual expletives, the word “fuck” and its derivatives can be found throughout.
