Rating issues

The game features frequent depictions of gross violence. This includes: zombies being shot in or stamped on the head, causing their skulls to shatter with a large amount of blood; and zombies being blown apart into fleshy pieces by explosives.

Other issues

The game also features infrequent use of the word ‘fuck’.
