Horror game featuring four campaigns linked by an overarching plot in which a sinister organisation, Neo-Umbrella, is developing a virus that mutates people into grotesque super soldiers. Re-release of the original game with graphical improvements and extra multiplayer modes.

Rating issues

The game features frequent depictions of gross violence. This includes: zombies being shot in or stamped on the head, causing their skulls to shatter with a large amount of blood; and zombies being blown apart into fleshy pieces by explosives.

Other issues

The game also features infrequent use of the word ‘fuck’.
