This game features frequent and sustained violence. The use of guns results in large blood splatters and can send enemies flying across rooms. However, the violence is presented in an unrealistic fashion, with defeated enemies falling to the ground in an exaggerated manner.

In some scenes, gang members take hostages, who may be used as ‘human shields’. This can result in the player shooting them by mistake.

The game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’) as well as milder bad language, such as ‘shit’.
