The story of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII takes place in China in the 2nd century B.C., in times of the Han Dynasty and the subsequent era of Three Kingdoms. The player assumes the role of a commander who tries to reunite the country and restore peace within it. Recruit armies, train units, equip them and then command them in battles. With a tactically rich combat system, skilful use of terrain and special abilities of our officers can grant us victory even when we are greatly outnumbered. It is necessary to move armies through the maps and set up proper supply lines, for hungry soldiers tend to desert quickly.
