S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl

This game has received a PEGI 18 which restricts availability to ADULTS ONLY and is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. This rating has been given because it features graphic violence, sometimes against vulnerable and defenceless characters and use of strong language.
First-person shooter game set in an alternate version of the exclusion zone around Chernobyl. The player continues their role as a lone Stalker, exploring the radioactive zone, looking for valuable artefacts and discovering their destiny.

Rating issues

This game contains scenes of graphic violence where enemy characters can be picked up by a swirling vortex anomaly and ripped apart. Violence towards a defenceless character is shown when the player chooses to shoot dead a man who is bound and gagged in a chair.

This game also features strong language including ‘fuck’.

Other issues

The game also contains a scene in which it is implied that a character takes their own life. No images are shown of this happening, but the aftermath is witnessed.
