Rating issues

Important developments in the story are illustrated by still images that include some gruesome images of violence and injury, including impalement. These still images are accompanied by sound effects and text explaining what is happening. One notable image shows a man with a large sword through his chest, with blood seen coming from the wound and from his mouth. There is a pained expression on his face.

There is frequent use of bad language (‘bitch’ and ‘bastard’).

Other issues

During battles, the player attacks various fantasy characters, which let out cries and flash brightly, with numbers showing the amount of damage being inflicted. No injuries are shown and the characters fade away when defeated. Violence towards human characters is similarly undetailed, with health bars diminishing and no visible damage.
