Rating issues

This game features use of bad language, including ‘whore’, ‘asshole’ and ‘pissing’.

The game includes static images from a comic book which depict gruesome scenarios such as a person driving a car while another person can be seen across the front of the vehicle with large amounts of blood coming from their head and body, and a human character with blood spraying from their eyes while two other characters look on in horror. These static images are fairly cartoonish, despite the blood that is present in them.

Other issues

There is interview content in the game which sees real people discussing the effects that OCD has had on their lives. There are discussions of self-harm, suicidal ideation, animal cruelty, and sexual assault. Although no images are shown, these discussions could upset players who have been affected by the issues.
