The game features level bosses with human characteristics. When these bosses sustain enough damage, they enter a “second phase” where they will change into a heavily mutated version of their original appearance. Limbs, heads and other deformities sprout from their bodies accompanied with blood effects. One boss is a half creature, half human with bare breasts. When they enter their second phase, other human heads, limbs, and an animal head emerge from the body with blood effects while being depicted full screen. Younger players may find these images horrifying.
