This game features frequent bloody violence. The primary way of attacking titans, who appear as gigantic, nude (though genital-less) humans, is to dismember them. One cut scene is particularly gruesome, featuring two titans sparring in a forest, which culminates in one of the characters having his head torn from his body. The head flies backwards in slow motion, as blood spurts from the neck and the headless body slumps to the floor. The triumphant titan then extends her mouth and cannibalistically rips a bloody chunk from the defeated titan’s shoulder.
