Combat does occur in the game, and it is presented in a rapid turn-based format. As characters make swiping motions with their weapons (swords, clubs, spears, etc.), each hit is indicated by a brief flash of light and the opponent disappears. Items such as bombs, magic scrolls, and pistons can be used to cause additional damage.

The human characters in the game are small in size and lack any detail and the violence depicted is non-realistic and non-detailed.
