Rating issues

The game comprises two elements, a single player and an online playing mode. The single player mode allows the player to learn and hone the skills required in the field of space engineering. The online mode expands the gaming capability of the game and permits the ‘modding’ of the game by introducing player customised builds of the game, which can then be uploaded and other players can then partake.

This ‘modding’ also permits the use of the following weapons against other player’s characters: automatic rifle, small and large explosive warheads, small ship Gatling gun, small ship missile launcher.

When used against a character the effects are non-realistic, for example when the automatic rifle is used the weapon is seen to discharge bullets, the character being shot does not recoil, but there are small spurts of a gaseous substance from the spacesuit. The character then adopts an upright fixed posture and eventually falls, in a non-realistic manner to the ground.

The violence is non-realistic.

Other issues

The game features online playing capability which may involve real-time interaction with other players.
