This game contains depictions of non-realistic violence set in a child-friendly setting. The player can throw the newspapers at various objects and characters. If you hit a human character with a newspaper they will scream and trip over before vanishing. The player can also be injured, if they collide with any objects blocking the path or are hit by a vehicle a bright explosion effect will fill the screen before showing the paper boy laying on the floor.
