Moderate violence includes a cinematic scene, in anime-style, in which a human character shoots at robots, causing them to flinch and leaving visible bullet wounds. Another character then uses a large sword to cleave a robot down the middle and detach its head in a cloud of smoke.

Violence during gameplay occurs in turn-based battles. Graphics are pixelated and retro in style. Characters take turns to select options from a menu and then attack their opponents with bladed weapons and firearms. Impacts result in flashing effects ,with damage indicated by numbers. Blood is sometimes shown but disappears quickly and without visible wounds. Defeated characters remain collapsed on the field for the duration of the battle.
