Strong violence is frequent in this game. As a matter of course, players are able to smash zombies’ heads in with blunt weapons, leaving their brain matter and shattered skull clearly visible. Players may also decapitate and dismember zombies with guns or sharp melee weapons.

When humans are overwhelmed by a horde of zombies, they are picked up by their arms and legs and ripped apart at the middle with gory effect.

Use of the word ‘fuck’ and variations of it are reasonably frequent. Milder swearwords like ‘shit’, ‘bastard’ and ‘bitch’ are also used.
