This game features strong and realistic violence in which human characters are struck with bladed weapons. Blood effects are shown and characters fall to the ground when defeated. The opening cutscene shows human characters being dismembered, crushed and impaled, although the severity of the violence is reduced by the rapid cutting of the scene and the presence of a red crystallisation effect, which appears to cauterise wounds almost immediately. Violence against fantasy characters is more graphic, with sight of decapitation, including the players ripping off the heads of a Hydra-like creature.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘fuck’).
