This game features sustained sequences of violence, shown in top-down view and with retro graphics. Players must fight their way through various levels featuring alien creatures and mutant humans. Responses to being hit are generally unrealistic, with flashing effects, although it is possible to dismember enemies, exposing their insides. There are copious blood effects, although gory detail is limited because the violence is depicted from a distance. There is sight of dead bodies throughout the game, some with visible injuries. However, they are shown from a distance so there are no graphic details.

There is use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms including ‘bitch’, ‘whoreson’, ‘piss’, ‘bastard’, ‘bloody’ and ‘goddamn’.
