The game begins with the players character prominently consuming ‘Premium Beer’ until they fall asleep. Trapped in the dreamworld, they must solve every puzzle in order to wake up and save their beloved beer from falling on the floor.
The levels in the game all centre around the player solving puzzles and navigating their way around obstacles in order to commit suicide, at which point the level is complete. Blood and injuries are not depicted as the screen fades to black when the player meets their demise.
