The game also features very mild violence in the form of turn-based battles. The player’s character can fling objects at enemies, which fight back with physical and magic attacks. Damage to both parties is shown using numbers, with physical reactions being minimal and no blood or injuries depicted.

The player can approach fermentation barrels in order to brew beer. The brewing process is not shown. The alcohol can then be bottled and sold to various vendors for in-game currency. The player can also purchase and consume alcohol, shown from a third person perspective. Like food, consuming alcohol fills up the character’s hunger meter but otherwise does not have any positive effect on stats. During dialogue scenes, some character’s avatars can be seen with a cigarette in their mouths while talking but they are not shown actively smoking.

The player has many opportunities to date and ‘romance’ other characters but any references are very mild.
