There are depictions of violence in cartoon-style still images. These include sight of stabbing, slicing, dismemberment and decapitation, with accompanying blood effects.

The game also includes use of bad language (‘shit’).

Other issues

There is a text-based reference to ‘magic mushrooms’, which provide the player’s character with magical abilities rather than hallucinations.
