Rating issues

There are still images, presented in a cartoon style, that depict violence, including stabbing, slicing, dismemberment and decapitation. The violent images are accompanied by blood effects.

The dialogue contains use of mild bad language (‘shit’).

Other issues

There is a text-based reference to ‘magic mushrooms’, which provide the player’s character with magical abilities rather than any hallucinations.
