Player can use a variety of different handguns to kill the Syrens, although they are human-like, none respond realistically when shot. As each bullet hits there are some blood effects, but physical responses are mechanical and robotic. There is an instance of a human torso that has had the lower half of the body removed, the violence that caused it is not seen, just the result and is therefore regarded as a horrific image.
