Rating issues

The majority of realistic violence occurs during cut scenes. These usually feature knights fighting with swords, clubs and arrows on a battle field, with realistic gurgling sounds, blood splatters and death reactions. One is hit around the face, causing his neck to dislodge slightly with a cracking sound. A few villagers are killed by soldiers with swords and spears, and the dead bodies of others – including children – can be seen in some parts of the game.

Other issues

The majority of gameplay violence is non-realistic, featuring bright flashes and numbers showing damage. Humans show little reaction other than flinching or sliding backwards slightly when they are hit, or letting out a slight ‘augh’ sound. Words like ‘crap’ and ‘bastards’ are used infrequently in the game.
