The game features strong violence and gore. Kidman is equipped with a pistol and shotgun against human-like zombies. Headshots will result in their heads breaking into chunks while spurting a large amount of blood, as the decapitated corpse falls to the floor. Kidman herself may be dismembered bloodily when she steps too close to certain explosive monsters in the game. The game also features several uses of the word ‘fuck’.
