As the infamous Keeper, you return to the Victoriano Estate to fight several of the enemies found in The Evil Within.

Rating issues

The DLC features graphic violence in the same vein as the main game. The most extreme violence in the main game is where characters can be decapitated/cut in half with a chainsaw, this is repeated in the DLC as is using the heel of his boot to stamp on the head of zombie-like enemies, causing their heads to explode.

An added element is the ability to teleport to areas that are inaccessible due to an obstruction. This is achieved by the game switching to a 3rd person view and then witnessing him pulling his head off (which in enclosed in an iron box) in a very bloody manner.

The game features use of the word ‘fuck’ and ‘fucking’
