The rating defining violence is observed when the player’s character has to negotiate the corridors of a dilapidated hospital in which there are naked human characters wearing gas masks, they do not have any genitalia. As these characters move about they will challenge each other and engage in hand to hand fighting, the only weapons in use are hypodermic syringes. The violence is realistic looking.
