Rating issues

There are graphic scenes of violence, including a scene of torture in which a man who is bound to a chair is repeatedly punched until he is unconscious. The punches are delivered by a person wearing chain mail gloves and cuts and bruises are visible on the beaten man’s face. In another scene, a child is pinned to the ground while he begs for mercy.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘fuck’).

Other issues

There are frequent jump scares as the player’s character encounters spirits and uncovers their memories of violent acts. Locations often feature blood on walls and floors and there is sight of spirits with visible injuries, as well as sight of decayed corpses.

The game also includes references to domestic and sexual abuse, although these are not visually depicted.
