Rating issues

Sexual content during gameplay is the same as before with sex taking place out of view although bed sheets can be seen moving with the characters making sounds underneath. Sex can also take place in a bush where hearts and steam appear whilst the bush shakes.

Violence during the game is mostly slapstick taking place in a cloud of smoke. It is possible to slap another Sim but with no physical harm or injury.
