This expansion largely focuses on relationships and dating with implied sexual content. There are new romance interactions where characters can ‘seductive dance’, ‘steamy make out’, or dress up in costumes to seduce their partner. Players can also set goals for their character’s dates, including ‘woohoo’ or ‘physical intimacy’, which will reward the player when completed. As in previous versions of the game, sex or ‘woohoo’ takes place out of view although objects can be seen moving with the characters making sounds underneath.

As with the base game and previous expansions, the game contains moderate violence towards humans. Characters can die in a variety of ways, including by electrocution, drowning and being set on fire. However, all the deaths are presented in an exaggerated and unrealistic manner.
