The Surge 2 is an Action-RPG set in a city ravaged by the nanite threat from CREO’s Project Utopia. Survive a harsh sci-fi urban environment by using an exo-rig that grants you superhuman strength and speed. Thrive by dismembering enemies using The Surge’s unique limb-targeting mechanics to rip and tear equipment from your foes.

Rating issues

Most of the violence is regarded as moderate, when attacking an enemy character, they will respond realistically, and blood splatter will be evident when they are hit. However, there are finisher moves which increase the severity of the violence and includes slow motion close ups of decapitation and dismemberment, again this is accompanied by large amounts of blood effects.

Strong language includes the word ‘fuck’ and its derivatives.
