This game contains frequent depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. Bladed melee weapons and explosives can cause enemies to be dismembered and decapitated. Attacks often leave behind visible wounds which can build up with on the body. Strong blood and gore effects are present throughout. When an enemy is defeated, they fall to the floor where their bodies remains. The player is then able to perform further damage to the body. The player has the ability to pick up and collect the various zombie heads which can be displayed as trophies in their basecamp.
