Game features very strong bloody violence. Characters that are unable to escape can be subjected to attack using either a large blunt weapon to repeatedly hit them in the head or using a knife to stab them in the head, throat, eye socket or ear canal. The game also features the frequent use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
