The game contains realistic looking violence with blood and injuries and also scenes of torture and violent interrogation. Most violent scenes include a man having his head smashed through a glass cabinet on to some nails, he is then pulled back up to show the nails stuck in his face. There is also a scene where a character, who has been stabbed in the stomach, is further subjected to violence by first having a foot placed on the injury and then a hand pushed into the wound and pulling out a bodily organ. The game also contains frequent use of sexual expletives such as the word ‘fuck’.
