The game features frequent bloody violence. When struck, human-like zombies will bleed and flinch, before falling down and sinking into the ground. Certain zombie types will lose their legs on the first blow and then crawl towards the player with their arms. In each frantic level, the player is able to dispatch a huge number of zombies in this manner.
