This game features frequent depictions of sporting violence including blood. Characters react to each blow realistically, with their heads swaying and being knocked back from punches. Saliva can be seen spraying out from characters mouths after successful hits, as well as blood and cuts appearing on faces and seen spraying out after consecutive strikes.
