Rating issues

There is a focus on combat. The violence is realistic in nature, as are reactions to it, with the player using a sword to fight human and fantasy enemies. Hits leave behind visible wounds and blood on weapons. The player also encounters corpses throughout the game, some of which show gruesome injury detail, including impaled and beheaded bodies.
