Rating issues

The game graphics are reminiscent of 8bit and 16 bit games of yesteryear. All violence seen during examination is commensurate with PEGI 7 age rating. However, although there are no cut scenes per se, a still image is used to explain an event that takes place, but not seen, during gameplay and shows an act of violence which is deemed to be a graphic injury and thus fulfilling the criteria for question 28. The still image is of a male character holding a female character around the waist with his left hand, whilst holding a sword with a jagged blade in his right hand which has been plunged through her body, there is some blood splattering at the blades entry and exits points.
