This game features scenes of graphic violence, including a sequence in which a restrained character is tortured for information using a variety of implements and another sequence in which a character who is trapped in a room is burned alive. Other violence is less graphic but still realistic, including necks being snapped, heads being smashed into hard surfaces, and gunshots. At one point, the player’s character approaches a restrained zombie whose arms and legs have already been removed and decapitates them using an axe, although the actual decapitation is not shown.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘f**k’), as well as milder terms including ‘whore’, ‘bitch’ and ‘piss’.
