Rating issues

This game features depictions of strong and realistic violence towards human characters. Throughout the game, the player is able to use firearms and melee weapons. When using bladed weapons, blood effects are shown on impact.

The game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’).

Other issues

There is sight of Nazi insignia in historical contexts. One scene involves the use of a psychedelic substance, licked from a toad, in order to open a passageway. Rainbows and colourful butterflies appear when the toad is held near the player’s face. Cigarette packs and alcohol bottles can be found in the game but cannot be used.
