Rating issues

The player can sneak up on guards and snap their necks, shoot at them with a crossbow, or slash at them, depending on the form the player takes. Impacts result in flashes or other effects, with damage represented by a reduction in health bars. While blood is shown, and dead bodies remain on the ground, no graphic wounds or gore effects are shown.

There is use of strong language (‘motherfucker’, ‘fuck’), as well as milder bad language such as ‘bitch’, ‘shit’ and ‘bollocks’.

Other issues

There is a scene in which the player character discusses illegal drugs with a cigarette-smoking inmate, although the drugs being discussed are not specifically named or identified.
