The premise of the game is to explore a town inhabited by spirits at night, taking on the character of a young girl looking for her dog and sister. Some spirits have gruesome appearances: bloated bodies floating face down in water, bloodied corpses or staggering figures whose heads are wrapped in bloody bandages. When approaching or being chased by a spirit, your character’s heart beat can be heard. When they catch her, a black screen splattered with blood immediately appears. There is one scene of non-realistic violence, in which a dark cloud injures your character, causing blood to run down her face as she leans over limply.
