Rating issues

The game features frequent strong violence. Players can shoot zombies in the head, causing a bloody explosion as their skulls roll to the ground. They can also shoot zombies’ arms and legs off. The use of grenades and other explosive devices will dismember multiple zombies characters at one time, leaving their bloody torsos behind.
