Rating issues

The game features frequent strong violence. Players can shoot both zombies and human survivors in the head, causing a bloody explosion as their skulls roll to the ground. They can also shoot zombies’ arms and legs off. Grenades may dismember multiple zombies at one time, leaving their bloody torsos behind.

This game features online playing capability which may involve real-time interaction with other players.

The game features frequent Nazi and occultist imagery, as well as appearances from ‘Zombie Hitler’ who, at one point in the game, metamorphoses into a giant demon you must defeat.
